Harvard LEAD Fellowship 2027–2028 – Global Health Leadership

Programme details

The Harvard LEAD Fellowship gives experienced global health professionals time to examine how they lead and where they want to grow. Fellows begin with virtual coaching and mentoring while continuing their regular work. Each person develops a leadership plan shaped by their professional goals. During six weeks at Harvard, fellows take an executive education course and join small workshops led by faculty. Sessions explore negotiation, communication, decision-making and conflict resolution. The programme includes opportunities to practise public speaking and learn from other health leaders. Conversations with mentors and peers help fellows test ideas and approach familiar challenges from different perspectives. Participants can return to their organisations with practical methods to apply in their work and professional relationships they can continue to develop.
