WTO Youth Talent Incubator Programme 2026–2027

Programme details

The WTO Youth Talent Incubator Programme is an initiative of the World Trade Organization’s Trade and Gender Office and the WTO Gender Research Hub. It aims to support the next generation of professionals and researchers working at the intersection of international trade and gender equality.

The second edition will run virtually from 12 October 2026 to 30 June 2027. The programme combines mentorship, applied policy research, professional training, capacity building and international networking.

The programme focuses on three main areas: mentorship, capacity building and networking. Participants will engage with experienced trade and gender professionals, strengthen their research and policy skills, and connect with researchers, policymakers, WTO Members and international stakeholders.

Up to 35 participants are expected to be selected. Participation in the programme is free of charge.
