Programme details

The Storytelling Fellowship is a free, fully online 10-week programme run by The 50 Percent to develop communication, storytelling and advocacy skills among young people. Through guided discussions, mentorship and peer engagement, fellows explore how to use narrative for social impact, build confidence in their own voices and connect with a community of changemakers.

Across four phases, fellows build trust through dialogue and active listening, explore narrative and identity, receive hands-on training in multimedia storytelling, and move into peer teaching and public impact. Participants produce a short video, blog post and social media carousel, with storytelling training delivered by the Club of Rome’s communications team. Fellows then deliver a peer-led mini-lesson and apply their learning to two final stories.
